The above scholarships are awarded on the bases of
academic and school activities, community services and
leadership activities, work ethics and financial needs, and
athletic achievements. Awards range from $500 to $1,500 each
based on available funds.
Applicants must be of at least one-half ethnic Chinese
graduating from an Oregon high school with a minimum grade
point average of 2.75 and at least six (6) semesters of
attendance in the State.
Copy of the CCBA Scholarship Application can be
downloaded from this CCBA web site www.ccbaportland.org. All
scholarship applications are due in Mid-May. Please follow
all instructions on the application. Scholarship awards will
be presented on the second Sunday in June at the CCBA
Assembly Hall. All decisions
by the CCBA Scholarship Committee are Final
